Asaka Seto’s overwhelming presence as she drives her beloved car to a luxury supermarket

It’s early afternoon in November at a high-end supermarket near a main street in Tokyo, and a woman with strikingly cool eyes walks in. It was Asaka Seto (45). Seto buys some fresh food and heads for the parking lot with a plastic bag in her hand. However, after putting the bags in the car, she did not get in the car but walked to the entrance of the parking lot.

The next moment, Seto’s face lit up, and at the same time, a girl on her way home from school ran up to him. Apparently, she was waiting for her elementary school daughter to return.

Seto had recently returned to acting for the first time in about three years in “Doctor X: Surgeon Daimon Michiko” (TV Asahi), and was showing the same presence as ever. She had been saving her work to concentrate on raising her children, but in January of this year, she launched a jewelry brand and started new activities. With her husband, Yoshihiko Inohara (45), ending his career as an idol with the breakup of V6, it is expected that Seto will gradually increase his workload in the future.
