Juri Ueno, 35, a native of Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture, smiled as she received a letter of attorney from Yasuhiro Okada, mayor of Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture, and told the assembled press that she was appointed Kakogawa Tourism Ambassador on December 21 at the city hall, where she was given beef, socks and other local specialties.
