Watanabe sold the manual on Twitter (now X) and received individual consultations via DM from buyers.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">However, with thousands of buyers, Riri-chan alone could not handle them all. Therefore, she created the &#8220;Itadakijoshi Community,&#8221; introduced in the March 2023 issue of FRIDAY Digital&#8217;s article titled </span><b>&#8220;The &#8216;Shocking Information&#8217; Shared in the &#8216;Teach You How to Deceive Old Men&#8217; Community,&#8221;</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> using LINE’s open chat function to gather &#8220;Riri-chan followers.&#8221; This space allowed members to share their troubles and complaints, discuss how they were utilizing Riri-chan&#8217;s manual, and even share &#8220;scam techniques&#8221; invented by followers with photos.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A few months after the magazine article, the open chat was closed, and it was believed that such places had disappeared after Riri-chan&#8217;s arrest.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">However, around April 2024, a new &#8220;interaction site&#8221; for papa-katsu girls was reportedly created. The site was promoted on X to attract papa-katsu girls, and it was presented as a place for them to exchange information. However, upon closer inspection, the reality was that it contained the same content as the &#8220;Itadakijoshi Community.&#8221; This report delves into the shocking details of this situation.</span></p>

<h3><b>Member Profile Remains &#8220;Itadakijoshi&#8221;</b></h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The site is well-constructed. It appears to be run by an organization rather than an individual. While there are columns about papa-katsu provided by the operators, the main content is information submitted by papa-katsu girls. The site is divided into several themes, such as </span><b>&#8220;Blogs,&#8221; &#8220;Dangerous Men Reports,&#8221; </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">and</span><b> &#8220;DM Bulletin Board,&#8221;</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> where papa-katsu girls who use the site post content.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The site also features a </span><b>&#8220;Popular User Ranking.&#8221;</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Since each user sets up a profile when registering, I looked at several of the popular users&#8217; profiles.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">I checked the </span><b>&#8220;Blog&#8221;</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> section. There were posts with provocative and extreme titles like </span><b>&#8220;First! One Hit 80&#8221;</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> and </span><b>&#8220;Succeeded in Making the Client Withdraw with a Corneal Inflammation Story Today.&#8221; </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Looking at </span><b>&#8220;First! One Hit 80,&#8221;</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> the content was as follows:</span></p>
<p><b>&#8220;After meeting for about two months over tea, we had an adult relationship recently. He listened carefully to why I am doing this and I ended up sharing my true feelings. He said he would think about what he could do for me, and later, unexpectedly, 800,000 yen was transferred!&#8221;</b></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The article titled </span><b>&#8220;Succeeded in Making the Client Withdraw with a Corneal Inflammation Story Today&#8221; </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">was reminiscent of the &#8220;Riri-chan Community.&#8221;</span></p>
<p><b>&#8220;This is really a strong story, but I&#8217;m really good at making clients withdraw using health issues. This time, I pretended to have corneal inflammation (since I&#8217;ve actually had it before, I used those photos) and said, &#8216;My eyes hurt too much to wear contact lenses, so I&#8217;m wearing glasses and can&#8217;t do papa-katsu, and I&#8217;m in a pinch for living expenses and can’t even go to the hospital!&#8217; The response was, &#8216;I’ll give you money just for meeting and having a meal, glasses are fine,&#8217; and I successfully got the money.&#8221;</b></p>
<h3><span style="font-weight: 400;">Other examples include </span><b>&#8220;Faking a period to avoid adult activities, claiming to feel unwell and unable to buy food, then making the client send PayPay,&#8221;</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> showing that this kind of</span><b> &#8220;scam by gaining sympathy through lies&#8221; </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">is popular among the Itadaki Joshi, with such articles receiving a large number of likes.</span></h3>

<h3><span class="strongInContent">Sharing &#8220;Mine Dads&#8221; and &#8220;God Dads&#8221;</span></h3>
<p>Next, we looked at the <span class="strongInContent">&#8220;Dangerous Men Report&#8221;</span> content. Here, we found reports of men that our female members had actually met or interacted with on papa-katsu apps. They also included the man&#8217;s PapaLive app profile and a screenshot of the LINE that was exchanged with him. Although the photos in the profiles have mosaicked faces, it would be easy to find them on the apps if you look for them by username or age.</p>

<p>Some of the reports were <span class="strongInContent">of</span> criminal-like behavior on the part of the men, <span class="strongInContent">such as &#8220;a very dangerous Jiba who cut my clothes without my permission with scissors and forfeited my allowance,&#8221; &#8220;I was given sleeping pills at a hotel and found myself alone,&#8221;</span> and even <span class="strongInContent">&#8220;</span> a rather unreasonable reason that I was cancelled when I refused to register for a LINE. Some of them were exposed for criminal acts, while others were exposed for somewhat unreasonable reasons, such as being cancelled after refusing to register on line.</p>
<p>On the other hand, men called <span class="strongInContent">&#8220;god fathers&#8221; who &#8220;pay well&#8221; and &#8220;don&#8217;t ask for too much&#8221;</span> were also exposed in the same way.</p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">If women mimic the content of this site by lying to deceive others and the deceived men realize they have been scammed and report it to the police or lawyers, it could lead to consequences not just for the women but also for those who provided the information and the site that facilitated its sharing.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The second issue is the potential for business interference against papa-katsu app operators. While each operator has rules against posting screenshots of profiles on social media, the sheer number of cases makes it difficult to enforce these rules effectively.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">However, if a site actively provides a platform for exposing profiles, the situation changes. While complaints may be difficult to make against a &#8220;landmine P&#8221; engaging in shady behavior, if a &#8220;God P&#8221; who acted responsibly (within the scope of papa-katsu) has their profile exposed to an indefinite number of people, there is a possibility that papa-katsu site operators could sue the site.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Even with Riri-chan gone, it is unlikely that fraud targeting middle-aged men and arrests of Itadaki Joshi will disappear.</span></p>
