Natsumi Tsunoda Wins Gold as Predicted and Considers Moving to Mixed Martial Arts

In the quarterfinals of the 48-kilogram weight class, he won by Ippon with a Tomoe-nage against Bukhri of France, who was considered to be his strongest opponent.
In the final match against Babudorj of Mongolia, he also scored a technical ari with a tomoe nage.
At 31 years and 11 months old, he was the oldest man in Japanese judo history to win a gold medal.
Before entering the match, he had this stern expression on his face.
