If you resist, you may be beaten up.

The boys who assaulted their fellow students were told by their instructor to do so.

By July 18, the Metropolitan Police Department’s Juvenile Affairs Division had arrested four boys, including a high school student between the ages of 16 and 18, on suspicion of assault, beating a 22-year-old man, Mr. A, with a crowbar and other weapons, causing him to be injured for a total of two weeks.

Mr. A and the four boys were members of a group that robbed people by working in the black market. They applied for the job after seeing a post on a social networking service that said, ‘Reward: 200,000 to 300,000 yen. However, Mr. A, who played the role of a driver, was not satisfied with the hours of detention and the actual compensation, and complained to the instructor that he wanted to quit.

The instructor told the boys, “Talk to the driver (Mr. A) who backed out. If he resists, you may beat him up. In the early hours of April 24 this year, the boys called Mr. A to a public restroom in Minato Ward and beat him with a crowbar, cutting the fingers of his right hand and injuring him. The boys are said to have admitted to the charges, saying that they assaulted her because she resisted.

Once you get involved in a black-market job, even if you try to get out, you will face tremendous retaliation. In an article distributed on January 28, 2011, “FRIDAY Digital” reported in detail on the reign of terror by the directing officers of the black market robbers. We would like to reproduce the article and recount the horrifying reality of the criminal group (some corrections have been made).

The “10 Million Yen Reward Tataki

Dozens of people have been arrested.

Since October 2010, there have been a series of robberies in eight prefectures in Japan, including Ibaraki, Tochigi, Kanagawa, Hiroshima, and Yamaguchi. A 90-year-old woman was assaulted all over her body and murdered in her home in Komae City, Tokyo, and other vicious crimes have continued. The suspects are all young people in their teens to 30s.’ On January 26, 2011, a man in his 30s living in Osaka Prefecture was arrested on suspicion of robbery and manslaughter again for punching a male resident of Nakano Ward in the face and taking approximately 30 million yen.

The perpetrators had applied for a “dark job” on the Internet to commit the crime. The persons who gave the instructions were identified as “Rufi,” “Mitsuhashi,” and “Kim. The perpetrators’ smartphones had a call log with the Philippine country code “63,” suggesting that “Luffy” was manipulating them from overseas. Ralphie” was being held at an immigration detention facility in the Philippines at the time, and Japan was seeking his extradition.

In the “black market job,” he offered favorable conditions such as “10 million yen reward for tataki (robbery)” and “1 million yen per day. It is believed that the instructor decided the place and time of the attack based on a “black book” containing the addresses, telephone numbers, and family situations of elderly people who had large amounts of cash. The perpetrators were divided into detailed roles, such as “driver” and “lookout. In most cases, the perpetrators did not know each other’s names and met for the first time at the scene of the crime.

Most of the perpetrators were in debt or addicted to gambling and had financial difficulties. They may have been dazzled by the high price and decided to commit the crimes.

The statements of the arrested criminals are gradually revealing the true and terrifying faces of “Luffy” and the others.

Luffy” told the criminals that he was willing to kill them if they went to rob him. He is said to be a man with a ‘crazy’ personality who ‘doesn’t know what he’s going to do.

Ralphie” did not only remotely and specifically instruct the perpetrators of the crimes. It seems that “Ralphie” not only remotely and specifically instructed the perpetrators to commit the crimes, but also terrorized and controlled them.

He used “Telegram,” a communication app that erases information after a certain amount of time, to ask the perpetrators to send him a picture of their faces and images of their identification documents, such as driver’s licenses. Once the images were sent, the message said, ‘If you run away, you’ll be in a lot of trouble.

Since he had even told them about his family members, he could not simply leave, fearing that even his relatives would be harmed. In fact, one of the perpetrators stated, “A stranger came to my house out of the blue,” and “I thought I was being watched. I thought I was being watched.” “I have joined a terrible organization,” he said. This method of control is the same structure as the special fraud cases run by gangs and semi-gangs.

Once you apply for a black market job, it is the end of your life. …… If you are involved in the crime with an easy mind, not only you but also your family members will be harmed.
