<p> Around 10:00 p.m. in late June, a tall, stylish, beautiful woman emerges from Shinagawa Station, and a large, strong-looking man &#8230;&#8230; walks behind her as if he were a bodyguard. They are Keita Inagaki, 34, a member of the Saitama Panasonic Wild Knights rugby team, and model Takako Inagaki (née Arai, 33).</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> They met back in &#8217;19, when Takako was a model based in New York. She happened to turn on a TV program that was broadcasting the World Cup in Japan, and when she saw Mr. Inagaki&#8217;s words in a post-game interview, not about his own success, but about the people affected by the typhoon, she had a gut feeling that &#8216;this person interests me.
