Degawa Hosts Itte Q Party with Top Female Announcers at Hidden Daikanyama Izakaya

In the twilight of Daikanyama (Shibuya Ward), Tetsuro Degawa’s (60) Porsche 911 Carrera 2, his companion for 20 years, was stuck in traffic.
However, even at 60 and still thriving with 10 regular TV shows and 9 commercials, the beloved comedian was not irritated. Instead, he rolled down the driver’s window in the muggy rainy season and cheerfully responded to fans shouting ‘Degawa!’ and ‘Tetchan!’ from the sidewalk.
This busy ’60-year-old comedian’ went to a restaurant with no sign.
“It’s a members-only hidden izakaya with no published address or phone number. Known for its high-quality seafood, it’s a favorite secret spot for gourmet celebrities.” (food writer)
At this well-known secret spot, Degawa was meeting with according to an entertainment industry executive several people including Erina Iwata (28) from Nippon TV.
“Tetsuro Degawa has had several dinners with Iwata and Maria Tani (28) from ‘Itte Q!’ They are actually middle school classmates. Iwata asked Degawa through Tani to go out for a meal, and they have met a few times. This time, other associates were also present,’ the executive adds.”
Just before 1 AM, several people, including Degawa, emerged from the restaurant in intervals. Among them was indeed a beautiful woman who appeared to be Iwata.
Even past 60, Degawa continues to take on challenging shoots and values his program staff. This dedication seems to be supporting his ongoing success.
