<p>The handsome idol has grown into one of the leading &#8220;leading actors&#8221; in the drama world.</p>
<p>It was a little past 8:00 a.m. in late May, and in a residential area near Shimokitazawa Station (Setagaya Ward) was Ren Meguro (27) of &#8220;Snow Man&#8221; wearing a fresh aura in the morning.</p>
<p>Dressed in a suit and carrying a paper bag, he was walking down an alleyway while making a phone call, apparently filming for &#8220;Umi no Hajimari&#8221; (Fuji Television Network), a Monday 9 drama to be broadcast in July.</p>

<p>This is an original work written by Miku Ubukata (screenwriter), directed by Taiki Kazama, and produced by Ken Murase, and the &#8220;silent&#8221; team is reunited. Meguro plays the role of a father for the first time in his first starring role on Gekkan 9. He is also busy with the film release of &#8220;Trillion Game,&#8221; in which he starred in the drama, coming out next year.</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> Meguro is one of the best-selling idols right now, doing dramas, movies, and commercials. No matter how busy she is, she is so ambitious that she says, &#8216;I want to do everything I&#8217;m given. At the root of it all is his desire to &#8220;do it all for &#8216;Snow Man. When he joined the group in &#8217;19, the existing members accepted him without any bad feelings. I think he wants to do all the work he can for the members who gave him a place and be useful to them.</span></p>
<p>In recent years, the Tsuki 9 slot has been suffering. Fuji is putting its best foot forward with this film.</p>

<p><span class="strongInContent"> The average rating for &#8220;366 Days,&#8221; which is currently airing, is in the 5% range, following &#8220;Because You Gave Me Your Heart,&#8221; which aired in the January season. Meguro, who has a strong sense of responsibility, is excited by the TV station&#8217;s expectations that he will not be mocked next time.</span></p>
<p>The new ace of the &#8220;STARTO&#8221; company is going forward with his two-fisted approach as an idol and an actor.</p>
