<p>All women who come to host clubs are basically &#8220;paying money to buy time with the man of their choice,&#8221; but it can be said that the most objectionable existence is the &#8220;woman who gets paid to be with the host.</p>
<p>Currently, social networking sites in the Kabukicho area are discussing the pros and cons of &#8220;female inside workers&#8221; who work at host clubs. A &#8220;female inside worker&#8221; is a woman who works as a backstage staff member at a host club, in charge of ordering alcohol, managing inventory, and operating social networking services.</p>

Unlike customers, I don&#8217;t have to worry about them, and it&#8217;s easy to talk to them. For example, with female kitchen staff, we don&#8217;t have much to do with them, we just say hello, but with in-house staff, they sometimes accompany us to dinner with other employees.</span></p>
<p>In addition to the female kitchen staff, TikTokers who are &#8220;business&#8221; type of hostesses are also increasing their contact with hosts.</p>

<p>As regulations on host clubs have become stricter in recent years, host clubs are engaged in a raging &#8220;name recognition battle&#8221; on social networking sites in order to survive. Many staff members think that it is enough to get the name and existence of their own clubs known, regardless of whether they are under fire or have a bad name.</p>
<p>Most of the social networking videos of hostesses are fake, but the women who appear in these fake videos take on the role of a &#8220;pain-in-the-ass&#8221; customer as their &#8220;job. Some of them seem to be prepared by social networking agencies. Sometimes, the quality of the videos is so low that one may wonder, &#8220;Is this really an advertisement?
