<p> What did &#8220;FRIDAY&#8221; report 10, 20, or 30 years ago? In &#8220;Playback Friday,&#8221; we take a look back at the topics that were hot at the time. This time, we will look back 10 years ago at the April 18, 2002 issue of &#8220;Tamori&#8217;s &#8216;Iitomo! Gourmet Gathering with Fellow TV Stars&#8221; from the April 18, &#8217;14 issue.</p>
<p> Iitomo!&#8221; started on October 4, 1982, and was popularly known as &#8220;Iitomo! (Fuji Television Network, Inc.), a weekday noon variety show that started on October 4, 1982 and was popularly known as &#8220;Iitomo! (Fuji Television Network, Inc.) ended 10 years ago on March 31. This is a document of his exciting observation of the week leading up to the final episode.</p>

<h3><span class="strongInContent"> Midday party&#8221; with Kinashi Noritake, Nai-Nai Okamura, and others</span></h3>
<p> Let&#8217;s take a look back at what happened then.</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> It was a little past 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 20. A one-box car emerges from the back entrance of Studio Alta in Shinjuku, Tokyo. Inside is Tamosan, of course. The car is headed straight for M, a handmade buckwheat noodle restaurant in Takanawa (Minato-ku). As a matter of fact, Tamosan is a regular customer at this restaurant. He loves hot kakiage (deep fried fish cakes). When he passed through the door, he found Noritake Kinashi (then 52) of Tunnels, Takashi Okamura (then 46) of Ninety-Nine, and Yutaka Take (then 45), a jockey, waiting inside the restaurant. Tamosan&#8217;s group immediately toasts to the event.</span></p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> It&#8217;s the last time, and Tamosan said so much!</span></p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> Kimashi&#8217;s voice echoed. They seemed to be discussing the final episode. Tamosan is trying to get them to do something, and Kinashi is trying to persuade those around him who are reluctant to go along with it. Tamosan is still smiling quietly with a glass of beer in her hand. The midday party ended after two hours.</span></p>

<p>After the live broadcast, Tamori had lunch with the performers every day. The next day, the 21st, was a Friday. Every Friday, Tamori has lunch in the Roppongi area because he is the MC for &#8220;Music Station&#8221; on TV Asahi. On that day, he entered the Japanese restaurant &#8220;A&#8221; in Azabu Juban with Anna Mina Uchida (then 24). The restaurant is known for its delicious homemade dried fish.</p>
<p> On Tuesday the 25th, she went with Moemi Kushiro (then 24), the program staff, and others to a ramen restaurant in Nishi-Shinjuku called &#8220;M,&#8221; and on Wednesday the 26th, she went to an udon restaurant called &#8220;T,&#8221; which is frequented by people from the Gyokai community, without accompanying anyone, which was unusual. But on Thursday, the 27th, I went back to the restaurant again.</p>

<p> However, when they visited the handmade soba restaurant &#8220;M&#8221; again on Thursday the 27th, the situation was a little different.</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> The group that emerged from the car with Tamosan was a group of Fuji female announcers: Yoko Tobe (33 at the time), Yoko Ikuno (23 at the time), and Yuka Takeuchi (25 at the time). It was a harem.</span></p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> They were all saying, &#8220;This looks delicious! Amazing!</span></p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> The female announcers shouted as each dish was brought to the table. Eventually, they even started taking commemorative photos around Tamosan. The feast, which was like a cabaret club, lasted four and a half hours, from 2:30 in the afternoon to 7:00 at night.</span></p>
<p> On Friday the 28th, Tamori visited &#8220;M&#8221; for handmade soba noodles. Waiting for him at the restaurant were Yuji Tanaka (then 49) and Yukina Kinoshita (then 26) from &#8220;Bakusho Mondai. As usual, Tamori was sitting in the window seat, smiling and listening to the conversation, and after more than a week of watching, I realized that Tamori is loved by many people.</p>

<p> In the past, Tamori was a popular guest on &#8220;Tonight&#8217;s the Best! (NTV), &#8220;Jungle TV: Tamori&#8217;s Law&#8221; (TBS), and &#8220;Tamori&#8217;s Vocabulary Heaven&#8221; (Fuji TV). Last March, &#8220;Tamori Club,&#8221; which had continued for 40 years, and &#8220;Bratamori&#8221; (NHK) ended their regular broadcasts this March. The only remaining regular program is &#8220;Music Station,&#8221; and there have been many whispers of his retirement. The end of &#8220;Iitomo! ended 10 years ago may have been a major milestone in his career.</p>
