Ariyoshi Hiroiki and Natsume Miku Welcome Their First Child – Exclusive Photos!

“I’m having a baby.”

It was a sudden announcement. On March 3rd, Hiroshi Ariyoshi(49), the host of “Hiroiki Ariyoshi no SUNDAY NIGHT DREAMER” on JFN, made a live appearance and reported the birth of his first child. Just before that, he had been talking about his assistant, Hiroiki Ariyoshi (45) from “Aruko & Peace,” and their health, but suddenly he began talking about it at the beginning of the show. Then, he said, 

“Sorry, I couldn’t help it, I just slipped into fatherhood.” 

It seemed like he was trying to cover his embarrassment and quickly turned it into laughter.

The news that his wife, former NTV announcer Miku Natsume (39), was expecting their first child was first reported by “Sports Nippon” on New Year’s Day. Natsume was said to be in the stable period of pregnancy and expecting to give birth this spring.

“Ariyoshi , despite feeling nervous as the host of NHK’s Kohaku Uta Gassen on New Year’s Eve, managed to handle it smoothly with a smile throughout. Even after the New Year, there was no mention of the news in the media. However, according to the follow-up report by ‘Sports Nippon’ on New Year’s Day, there have been sightings of the couple visiting a hospital in Tokyo. It was also mentioned that ‘Natsume-san seems happy with her rounded belly. Ariyoshi -san is living closely with Natsume-san, caring about her health.’ It seems everything has been going smoothly until the birth,” said a Wide Na Show insider.

In early December 2023, “FRIDAY” reported sightings of Natsume walking her dog near her home. According to the magazine,

“In this area, which has long been known as an upscale residential neighborhood, Natsume was seen stylishly wearing glasses while walking her toy poodle. She seemed to have a slightly rounder belly.”

The comments of nearby residents were also featured. It’s noted that she was already pregnant at this time. However, going back three months to early September 2023, Natsume’s joyful appearance had already been witnessed.

Her presence was seen in a corner of a luxury residential area in the city center. On this scorching day, Natsume was seen walking and chatting with a woman who appeared to be a friend, wearing an aloha shirt and loose pants. The two seemed to be having a lively conversation, and Natsume was in high spirits, even showing the rock sign with her thumb and exuding happiness from her expression.

Regarding the gender of their first child, Ariyoshi said,

“As for the gender, we haven’t decided yet whether to announce it or not in the future.”

However, on this Hinamatsuri day, he had posted a picture of hina dolls on his Instagram. So, one can infer.

Since her marriage, Natsume has only appeared once on “Matsuko & Ariyoshi Karisome Tengoku” (TV Asahi) to announce her marriage to Matsuko Deluxe (51). Since then, she has not made any media appearances. While one might hope she would make an appearance to announce the birth, it’s probably best for her to have some peaceful time with her newborn for now.
