Sei Ochi (71) – “Murder” – In February to March 2006, Sei Ochi killed his wife, with whom he lived in Neyagawa City, Osaka Prefecture. After dismembering the body, he sold his wife’s belongings and fled. There are also theories suggesting that he might be deceased.
