Former actress Shiho Wakabayashi updated X on January 23. In the form of a repost of a live-streamed video she made on November 12 last year, she has become a topic of conversation after she revealed that she was the victim of sexual assault by a big-name musician when she was an actress.

Ms. Wakabayashi, who appeared in the popular drama series “Tenmatte Todoke” (TBS) and the movie “Eiji,” retired from the entertainment industry in 2009 due to poor health.

According to her video, “N,” an actor and musician she co-starred with in a drama series at the time, offered her a chance to work with him again in 1997, and N invited her to “practice her lines. N invited her to his home, but she could not refuse his invitation and invited him to her home, because he was known to be violent. When N said he had a gift for her, she took a white powder out of her bag and began to smoke it in a glass pipe,” said a sports newspaper reporter.

Wakabayashi said in his delivery,

There are people around me who can do that. That happened about three times. I was threatened about three times.

N smoked drugs alone, and Wakabayashi said he never did it.

Mr. Wakabayashi revealed that he developed “complex PTSD” as a result of the violence he suffered from N. “In the end, Mr. Wakabayashi was not able to forgive N.,” he said.

Mr. Wakabayashi did not reveal who Mr. N was after all, but if he is the N I know, he is notorious in the industry for his womanizing and especially for trying to get his hands on his co-stars.
