Mr. Koganezawa was born to parents who ran a Chinese restaurant in Yamato City, Kanagawa. When his father passed away and his mother took over the restaurant, Koganezawa was so excited to see his mother cooking with a heavy wok that he said to her, &#8220;I want to make her comfortable as soon as possible.
