He was active in the ’70s and ’80s as “Daryl Hall & John Oates,” a duo band he formed with his friend John Oates (75). They produced a number of classic songs, including “Private Eyes,” and have the highest number of hits as a duo of all time.’ They were inducted into the “Rock and Roll Hall of Fame” in 2002.

They appeared at Tokyo Station with their tour members to move to Osaka after their concert in Tokyo the day before.
