Sylvester Stallone talks about his son Sage, who died at the age of 36 in 2010.

Sylvester Stallone, known for his “Rocky” and “Rambo” series, spoke about his son Sage, who passed away at the age of 36, in his documentary film.

In the Netflix documentary “Sly: The Stallone Story” (available now), Stallone, a.k.a. “Sly” (nickname), discussed and commented on his late son. The U.S. website TooFab reports.

Stallone had two sons, Sage and Sergio, with his first wife, Sasha Chuck, whom he was married to from ’74 to ’85. Sage died suddenly in ’12 at the age of 36 after suffering a heart attack due to the coronary artery disease atherosclerosis.

Sage played Robert, the son of Stallone’s Rocky, in “Rocky V” when he was 14 years old. In the documentary, Stallone said.

that “art imitates life.”

and,

I actually try to do the things I wish I could have done in real life,” he said, “but I don’t. So often I do it theatrically, magically. Much of that is true.

Unfortunately, sometimes work takes precedence over family. And the repercussions can be pretty radical and devastating.”

He said.

Before her death, Sage told the U.S. magazine “People” that she did not necessarily act out her yelling at her father on screen.

“‘You never spent time with me! You never spent time with my mother!’ ‘ and I meant it when I shouted it. I looked at my father’s face and said that with all my heart,”

Sage said. However, he also said that making the film together changed the relationship between father and son.

I let a lot of things out,” Sage said. I cried a few times. After the film, everything changed. We would do anything for each other.”

After finally reconnecting as father and son, Sage passed away suddenly. Stallone said.

There is nothing more heartbreaking than losing a child. Sadly, many celebrities have had to say goodbye to their children. Every star has grieved the loss of their children over the years.

he said in the document.

When Stallone won a Golden Globe in ’16, he said.

I realized that family is everything. It’s the highest award you can get. Because in the end, when you’re on your deathbed, you’re going to be judged on how you raised your children and what you left behind.

He told reporters.

Stallone, who has become one of Hollywood’s top stars by playing immortal heroes in such films as the “Rocky” series, may have learned from Sage the importance of family, which is the starting point of his life. ……
