 His sense of normality toward sex crimes has dulled, and his sexual proclivities have deep roots.
 The Saitama District Court on November 24. On November 24, the Saitama District Court ruled in favor of the defendant, referring to his past imprisonment for a similar sex crime. He sentenced the defendant to one year and two months in jail, with one year and six months required. The man in a navy blue suit looked straight ahead and nodded repeatedly as he was admonished by the judge. The defendant is Naoki Nikaido (42), former guitarist of the rock group &#8220;Hysteric Blue&#8221; (now disbanded).

 Naoki Nikaido, 42, former guitarist of the rock group &#8220;Hysteric Blue&#8221; (now disbanded), was charged with attempted indecent assault for attempting to touch a woman&#8217;s breast. At the trial, the defense argued that &#8216;he touched the woman&#8217;s breast for a moment, but he did not intend to do so,&#8217; and that he should be charged with violating the prefectural ordinance against nuisance.
 However, at the time of the crime, it was discovered that Nikaido had covered the woman&#8217;s mouth and left her bag containing valuables on the street. The judge said, &#8220;If he tried to touch her only for a moment, there is no need to cover her mouth. It can be inferred that he tried to touch her breasts continuously for a certain amount of time,&#8221; the judge said, and sentenced him to prison.
 The incident took place just after 2:00 a.m. on July 6th last year. Nikaido approached a woman in her 20s on her way home in Asaka City, Saitama Prefecture, with the intent to indecently assault her. He blocked her mouth from behind and pushed her down, causing a minor injury to her right arm.
 On the day of the attack, Nikaido had been drinking and apparently followed the woman in a drunken stupor. When he covered her mouth with his hands to prevent her from screaming, the woman resisted, screaming, and fled the scene. A few days later, Nikaido surrendered to the police with his lawyer.
<h2>I hope he will never come back to society again.</h2>
 The group&#8217;s second single, &#8220;Spring,&#8221; was a big hit, selling 670,000 copies, and in 1999 they participated in the NHK Kouhaku Uta Gassen. Hysteric Blue was steadily expanding their activities, but one incident brought them to a standstill.
 In September 2003, the band suddenly announced that it would stop performing after a live concert in Osaka, and in March 2004, the band disbanded following the arrest of Naoki (Nikaido&#8217;s artist name). Naoki had been roughing up nine women in Meguro and Ota wards in Tokyo.
 Naoki&#8217;s crimes were vicious. The incident that led to his arrest was one in which he pushed a woman down on the street, but there were other charges that came to light. He broke into an apartment building to commit an indecent act, and misbehaved with and photographed a high school girl. He also pranked and photographed high school girls, and used the photos as a story to call the girls out. One of the victims testified in court that she hoped the perpetrators would never come back to society again.

 Nikaido was sentenced to 12 years in prison for the series of incidents, and was released in 2004. He said he was able to reform through faith. In his memoir published in the same year, he wrote the following
 If you can&#8217;t make amends to the victims, who can you make amends to? First of all, I think it should be the future victims. They are the ones who are not yet victims, but who may be involved in some kind of incident in the future. In other words, can&#8217;t I prevent new crimes based on the premise that I myself will not reoffend?
 Nikaido had written about his determination not to reoffend. Wasn&#8217;t his will firm? He was sentenced to prison again.
