She greeted the audience by saying, “I’ll be working with you for a long time, since my role in the morning drama was confirmed right around the time of the filming of “Godzilla-1.0”.

On September 4, a press conference was held in Tokyo to report the completion of “Godzilla-1.0,” a film commemorating the 70th anniversary of the birth of Godzilla, at which Minami Hamabe (23) appeared with Ryunosuke Kamiki (30), who plays the lead role. The net reacted to this by saying that they had already decided to co-star with Kamiki before “Ranman”. The net responded, “Why don’t they just get married already?

The internet was filled with comments on their performances in “Ranman”.

The viewers especially appreciated Hamabe’s performance. Although she has the perfect combination of overwhelming good looks, an unpretentious character, and high acting ability, she is only 23 years old. She may be able to play the role of a pretty town girl, but it is no mean feat to play the role of a strong woman who becomes a wife, a mother of many children, and the proprietress of a waiting teahouse to support Mantaro financially. Needless to say, her reputation rose dramatically.

After winning the New Generation Award at the 7th “Toho Cinderella” audition in 2011, she entered the entertainment industry and got her break with the movie “Kimi no Pancreas wo Suizo wo Tabetai” released in 2005, in which she played a double role with Takumi Kitamura (25). In “Shin Kamen Rider” released in March of this year, she played the role of Ruriko Midorikawa, a heroine who never smiles, once again proving her wide range of acting skills.

And with her success in “Ranman,” there is no doubt that she will be called upon to play the lead role in a major TV drama.

A source close to NHK is giving this assurance.

Next year’s Taiga will star Yuriko Yoshitaka (35), who played the heroine in “Hanako to Anne” in 2002. It took 10 years for Aoi Miyazaki, 37, to star in the Taiga, but she was chosen to play the leading role in an asadora at the age of 20 in “Junjo Kirari.

Two years later, at the young age of 22 years and one month, she played the lead role in the Taiga drama “Atsuhime” with great success. Ms. Hamabe’s current momentum is very similar to that of Ms. Miyazaki at that time. With the success of “Ranman,” I think it is safe to say that she is almost a lock for the role.

That said, the 2013 Taiga season will be “Belabo: Tsutajueiga no Yumebanashi,” starring Ryusei Yokohama (27). This means that expectations are high for the “Taiga” in 2014….

Hamabe still has a lot of room to grow, so it is fun just to imagine what kind of roles she will play.
