In March ’22, the election was annulled and Super Crazy’s cheeks were wet with tears.

The man who drew attention at every election with his flashy suicide suit and unique performances was caught by the police.

Makoto Nishimoto, 37, a member of the Miyazaki City Council, was arrested on September 6 by the Investigation Section 1 of the Miyazaki Prefectural Police and the Miyazaki Kita Police Station on suspicion of sexual misconduct. He is also known as “Super Crazy-kun. The police have not revealed whether or not Nishimoto is guilty of the crime, citing concerns that it would hinder future investigations.

The incident occurred at around 4:00 a.m. on September 3, when a woman in her 30s was forced into a room at a lodging facility in Miyazaki City and sexually assaulted. The woman suffered bruises all over her body and other injuries that will take about a week to heal. The prefectural police were investigating after receiving a report from a woman who had met the suspect.

Nishimoto ran for governor of Tokyo, the Tsukuba City Council (Ibaraki Prefecture), the Toda City Council (Saitama Prefecture), and many other elections, attracting the attention of many people. In the Toda City Council race in which he won, his candidacy was invalidated on the grounds that he had not “actually resided in the electoral district for more than three months. In an article distributed on March 4, 2010, immediately after the invalidation of his election, “FRIDAY Digital” introduced the voice of Nishimoto, who was directly interviewed. We would like to recapitulate the summary and look back on the regrets and “subsequent ambitions” that Super Crazy-kun spoke of (content has been modified).

A life as a legislator that closed after 13 months

Thank you for everything!”

On March 4, 2010, a man bowed deeply to the Toda City Hall in Saitama Prefecture.

Super Crazy, a unique city councilor with tattoos all over his body, was stripped of his council badge after the Supreme Court ruled that his election was invalid.

In January 2009, he ran for the city council of Toda City, Saitama Prefecture, and was elected for the first time. He began his political career in February of the same year. However, the Toda City Election Administration Committee invalidated his candidacy, questioning his “actual residence in the election district for more than three months,” as stipulated by the Public Office Election Law.

Super Crazy appealed the decision to the prefectural election commission, but his election was again invalidated. He formed a legal team and appealed to the Tokyo High Court and the Supreme Court, but the appeals were dismissed. His life as a member of the Diet came to an end after only 13 months.

At the time of the interview, his eyes were swollen with tears, but he had a radiant expression on his face.

Immediately after losing his job, this magazine interviewed Mr. Super Crazy, who looked as if he was biting down on a bitter bug.

–How are you feeling?

He said, “‘Start over from scratch! I have no choice but to crawl up again. I have no choice but to crawl up again.

–Looking back on your 13 months as a member of the Diet, how do you feel?

I have learned my limits, and I am aware of my lack of knowledge. This spring, I decided to enroll in Nihon University’s correspondence course in the Department of Political Science and Economics in the Faculty of Law and to start studying all over again.

–You have lost your job as a member of the Diet and are now unemployed. What are your plans for the future?

I would like to continue fundraising and charitable activities based in Toda City. I want to continue fundraising and charitable activities based in Toda City, even if people say I’m a hypocrite. And I want to take my revenge again as a politician.

–In any case, isn’t it difficult to fight an election as an individual political organization?

In any case, isn’t it difficult to fight an election as an individual political organization? But in politics, the wind is the wind. The wind can change direction at a moment’s notice, so you never know what will happen.

Super Crazy vowed to make a comeback. But he has failed to curb his own desires, and it appears that he will once again face a difficult road ahead.
