Upon receiving the call, police officers from the Omiya Higashi Station of the Saitama Prefectural Police Department rushed to the scene to find a young girl bleeding from the chest. The suspect, Ayana Hayashi, 31, the mother of the child and wife of the man who reported the incident, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.</p>
