<p> Is it the type you put on your clothes?　Or is it the type you put directly on your skin?　By the way, I use the type that you put directly on the skin. &#8230;&#8230; If you have a good one, please let me know!&#8221; (I&#8217;d like to know if you have any good ones!). I would love to have this kind of conversation with female celebrities and actresses, but I have never been able to do so. What do you mean?　I&#8217;m talking about armpit sweat pads.</p>

<p> An item to prevent people from noticing that you are sweating in your armpits. It is a necessity in this incredibly hot season. During recording, I wear two layers of innerwear under my costume, one for my upper and one for my lower body, and stockings for my lower body, so that my underwear does not show through. On top of that, I wear a thick belt around my waist, to which I hook a pin microphone transmitter/receiver measuring 6 cm (width) x 9 cm (length) x 3 cm (thickness). During the performance, this belt gets quite hot and acts like a pocket warmer. The final blow was the sweating caused by nervousness. Even when the air conditioning is working, I still end up sweating under my armpits.</p>
<p> Until a decade ago, the only type of armpits available were those that were affixed to the inside of clothing, and it was very difficult to affix them to the thin fabric of summer clothes. I had to bend a flat pad to fit the shape of my clothes as I applied it, but usually it would get squashed, and from the outside it would look like &#8220;I&#8217;ve got it stuck on! from the outside. Moreover, the adhesive is unusually loose, and after moving my arm up and down a few times, it begins to peel off. I often saw crumpled armpit sweatpads on the ground in the downtown area.</p>
<p> Then, about 10 years ago, a revolutionary product was introduced. It was an armpit sweat pad that was attached directly to the skin like a sticker. At first, I couldn&#8217;t believe it.　I couldn&#8217;t believe it. I was not comfortable with the idea of putting them directly on my skin, and I was also concerned that putting a lid on my sweat glands would make them unhealthy. But I was already sick of the process of applying them to my clothes, so I decided to take the plunge and use them.</p>

<h2> Hoping to meet my fate</h2>
<p> The taping looks like a light beige taping. It was cut into an oval shape just large enough to cover the entire armpit and looked easy to apply, but I didn&#8217;t think this flimsy tape had the ability to absorb water, no matter how I looked at &#8230;&#8230;. I stuck it on with some apprehension and tried on the costume. (Oh good!). It didn&#8217;t affect my clothes in any way, and I didn&#8217;t feel like I was &#8220;sticking it on,&#8221; nor did I feel like I was &#8220;sticking it on my skin? It doesn&#8217;t affect my clothes, and it doesn&#8217;t feel like it&#8217;s stuck to my skin. It did not come off even when I moved my arm up and down.</p>
<p> I checked the monitor at &#8230;&#8230; after an hour had passed since the show started. (Yes, I&#8217;m sweating under my armpit, but the color of the costume hasn&#8217;t changed.　No change. (No change. Good!)) After 3 hours of recording, I took off my costume in the dressing room and found that the armpit sweat pads, which had absorbed sweat and turned dark beige, had peeled off halfway and were barely hanging on. (Oh, just in time!　Just in time!) I liked &#8230;&#8230;. I don&#8217;t know what or how this thin tape is absorbing sweat, and I don&#8217;t know if it&#8217;s unhealthy. But that doesn&#8217;t matter anymore. Anyway, it prevented sweat stains without stress, and I&#8217;ve been using the type that you put directly on your armpits ever since.</p>
<p> However, I still had some troubles: during a four-day, three-night location shoot, my skin got a rash from having to apply and remove the stickers day after day, and the thin skin was taken away by the stickers. It was very painful, and I couldn&#8217;t wear sleeveless clothes until the skin regenerated. I still have the scars from that.</p>
<p> I also sweated so much during a live broadcast of &#8220;Poka Poka&#8221; that the pad came off completely. I couldn&#8217;t find the &#8220;product,&#8221; even though it was definitely not on my armpits, and during a commercial I told the audience in front of me that the armpit sweat pads I had been wearing had come off and gone!　They may fall out of my sleeves during the show, but please don&#8217;t be surprised! I told them with a smile.</p>
<p> Although they are much more convenient than the type you can put on your clothes, they are still causing trouble. There are more kinds of products than before, and I try new ones, but unfortunately, I have yet to find a substitute that I can say is &#8220;perfect ♡♡&#8221;.</p>
<p> I wonder what everyone else is doing?　I think that female celebrities and actresses who are active in variety shows may know of excellent armpit sweat pads that do not damage the skin and do not peel off easily. Would anyone be willing to exchange information on armpit sweat pads with me? Please do.</p>
