<p> On June 27, male victim A, who appeared for witness examination in a wheelchair, described the aftereffects of the damage and the day of the incident while suppressing his anger.&#8217; On Halloween Day, October 31, 2009, he stabbed a passenger on the Keio Line running through Chofu City, Tokyo, and set the train on fire. Kyota Hattori, 26, was charged with attempted murder and other crimes for attempting to kill a total of 13 people.</p>
