<p> On June 14, the Metropolitan Police Department&#8217;s Investigation Division 2 re-arrested Haruna Terashima, 28, from Nagano Prefecture, and two other men for their involvement in multiple incidents involving the swindling of cash cards and cash from elderly people under the guise of being employees of the Ministry of Finance.</p>
