Former Gangster Suspect Inoue Arrested

The missing woman was found in a wooded area in Akita Prefecture in a changed state. The body had been dead for one to two years. She was wrapped in a blanket with her knees bent in a wooden box buried in the ground.

On June 7, the Metropolitan Police Department’s Investigation Division 1 arrested five men and women, including Daisuke Inoue, 48, a former gang member, and his ex-wife Natsu Toki, 34, for dumping the body of Ms. A, then 48, of Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture. Inoue admitted to the crime, while Toki remained silent.

According to investigators, the suspects approached a real estate company in Akita City in September 2009, saying that they wanted to buy a vacant lot in the area where Ms. A’s body was buried.

The vacant lot was near the Toki suspect’s parents’ house, and the next day the overgrown grass and trees were cut down. The land was in the name of the Toki suspect at the end of 2009. Based on the testimony of an acquaintance of the suspect Inoue, the police found Ms. A’s body in May of this year” (reporter from the society section of a national newspaper).

The body was left in a container.

Ms. A went missing on June 27, ’21, and it is known that about two days earlier, she had come to Tokyo by highway bus from Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture, where she worked at a dispatch-type brothel. She was working at a temporary sex agency, and her belongings were left at the dormitory where she worked after her disappearance.

On the day of her disappearance, Ms. A is known to have met the suspect Inoue at a hotel in Kawaguchi City, Saitama Prefecture; the cause of her death is unknown, but methamphetamine components were detected in her body. Probably, she was advised by Inoue at the hotel to inhale methamphetamine by the suspect, and her condition deteriorated.

However, there is no evidence that Inoue called an ambulance or took Ms. A to a hospital. It is suspected that he took the body to the office of the moving company where he worked. It was a colleague of the moving company who was arrested together with Inoue and the other suspects.

According to the police, Inoue called his accomplices to move Ms. A’s body by car to a parking lot near the hotel. After leaving the body in a container in Akita City, he is believed to have taken it to Akita City and buried it in the ground.

Inoue was sentenced to prison for violating the Methamphetamine Control Law in November 2009, shortly after Ms. A went missing, and was serving time in Abashiri Prison at the time of his arrest in connection with Ms. A’s case.

Inoue is a strong-looking suspect with tattoos on both arms. It is said that he had relationships with several women and paid them money in order to purchase methamphetamine. What happened in the hotel room?
