Ruriko Kojima, a “Married Woman,” Looking Gorgeous in a One-piece Dress & News of Her Husband Encouraging Her to Pursue Her Studies in China

On May 19, Ruriko Kojima (29) appeared at the Kadokawa Cinema Yurakucho in Tokyo for the stage greeting of the movie “Reunion Choe,” and since this was her first public appearance since “Bunshun Online” reported her secret marriage on May 15, many members of the press gathered.

There were many Chinese guests at the event since the movie was set in China. There were scenes where Director Ryo Takeuchi and Kojiruri spoke Chinese to them. Her Chinese was very fluent, and she naturally participated in the Chinese conversation between Director Takeuchi and the Chinese audience.

On stage, Kojima herself reported, “This is a personal matter, but I got married the other day.” The audience and the press gave her a warm round of applause.

She explained, “The reason why I left Horipro at the end of February was because ‘I wanted to go to China as a nobody. She has not yet decided whether or not she will perform in China. But if you can speak Chinese so fluently, I think you can start performing there at any time.

For the past six months, Kojima has been preparing to study abroad by suspending her entertainment activities. She said, “My husband is also supporting me (to China). I’ m thinking of getting married and pursuing my career while living back and forth between our homes,” she said.
