<p>On April 19, the Noda Police Station of the Chiba Prefectural Police arrested Yoko Taguchi, 78, an unemployed woman living in the city, on suspicion of inflicting injury. She is alleged to have repeatedly beaten her husband Torakatsu, 84, and inflicted serious injuries on him. Taguchi admitted to the investigation that she &#8220;definitely hit him.</p>
