Brad Pitt sold his Los Angeles mansion for “$5.1 billion” in order to “move in with his new girlfriend” behind it.
Brad Pitt has sold his Los Angeles mansion, which he owned for nearly 30 years, for $39 million (about 5.13 billion yen), US media reported. He is moving to Carmel in Northern California.
It is rumored to be for a new life with his new girlfriend, Ines de Ramon, vice president of a jewelry company, whose romance is rapidly progressing.
Pitt’s mansion in Hollywood Hills, an upscale residential area in LA, was built by an oil tycoon in 1910, and Pitt purchased it from Cassandra Peterson, an actress known as Elvira, the host of a B-movie horror show, in 1994, “TMZ” reported.
The mansion is located in a gated community in the Hollywood Hills, and the main house is said to be 6700 sq. ft. with a skate park, ballroom, movie theater, and bike garage. You also have a stone house and a huge pond with koi fish.
“The property is surrounded by lush gardens and is completely private. Pitt put the house on the market in January for $45 million. That’s reportedly so he can move to Carmel in Northern California,” said a reporter for a women’s magazine.
Incidentally, Angelina Jolie lived with Pitt in this mansion until she filed for divorce from him in ’16 and left the house with their six children.
Speaking of Pitt, he was spotted on a date with Ines, vice president of a jewelry company, in Paris on February 24, suggesting that their romance is steadily progressing.
She is a graduate of the University of Geneva, Switzerland, and speaks five languages (German, English, Spanish, French, and Italian), and is the vice president of Anita Koh, an LA-based jewelry brand.
The brand’s customers include many Hollywood celebrities. She is also a model, nutritionist, and other diverse activities, and is known as an influencer.
Last September, Ines’ husband, actor Paul Wesley, filed for divorce. After five years of marriage, the couple broke up. Just a week later, she was reported to be dating Pitt.
Last November, they were spotted together at a Bono concert in Los Angeles. Pitt was also caught sunbathing with a topless Inez by the pool on New Year’s Day in the Mexican resort of Cabo. It was also reported that Pitt sent a bouquet of pink peonies to Inez’s L.A. office on Valentine’s Day.
(Sports reporter) Given the rapid progress of Pitt and Inez, it is rumored that the sale of the mansion is for the purpose of starting a new life with her in Carmel. How will the love affair between the two most popular men in Hollywood turn out?
