 Just before 5 p.m. on March 5, when the library was about to close, another staff member reported that the men&#8217;s restroom on the second floor was overflowing with water. When I rushed to the men&#8217;s restroom, I found the entire floor had been flooded.
 Mr. A, an employee of the Ibaraki Prefectural Library, said, &#8220;The toilets were submerged in water.

 He tried to absorb the water with a newspaper to keep his feet dry when the user left the room, but the amount of water was too much for him. When he left and returned to the restroom to ask for help from a cleaning company, he was confronted with a bizarre sight (see related image #2 and following).
 The toilet paper was soiled and strewn all over the floor, walls, and paper holders. Two paper cores that had been kept as a spare were stuck in the toilet bowl and jammed.
 We tried to clean it up immediately, but it was in such a bad state that we couldn&#8217;t handle it that day alone. We went to work the next day on our day off and had a plumber come in. We had to close the dirty private rooms for five days.&#8221;
<h2> I won&#8217;t let them get away with it!</h2>

 Even if the toilet had malfunctioned, it is hard to imagine it being this dirty. It was thought to be a deliberate prank by someone, such as stuffing the toilet bowl with paper and overflowing it repeatedly.
 In fact, the same restroom had been harassed before.
 It was in September of last year. It was the exact same private room as this one. Toilet paper, fans, and other things were put into the toilet bowl, and it got clogged up. I don&#8217;t like to think so, but it could have been the same person who did it last time .&#8221;

 A nearby security camera captured a fleeting glimpse of a figure coming out of the toilet at the time of the damage. However, it was not clear enough to identify the person.
 The library consulted the police after the incident. For a while, they put up warning signs in the restrooms, but still do not know who did it and for what purpose. Two days after the incident, Mr. A, who handled the situation, tweeted on the library&#8217;s Twitter page
 On Sunday, March 5, the men&#8217;s restroom on the 2nd floor was rendered unusable due to a prank (for the second time this year). Why do they do this (cries)? At the very least, I hope the library is a place where everyone can spend their time in peace&#8230;I won&#8217;t let them get away with it!
 The tweet was viewed nearly 500,000 times and retweeted more than 1,300 times at .
 The tweet, &#8220;&#8216;Zettai yurusuna nai! is one that unintentionally leaked my own feelings. Our library receives about 2,000 visitors a day at the most. If the restrooms are out of order, users will be inconvenienced. If they have any complaints about the library, they can bring them to our staff and we will take them up on them. We ask that you please be considerate so that everyone can use the library in a pleasant manner, without any mischief.&#8221;
 On March 8, three men and a woman were arrested for posting a video on a social networking service showing them taking a soy sauce jug into their mouths at a Kura Sushi restaurant. It is not acceptable to say, &#8220;I did it with a light heart. Whether it is in a restaurant or a library, disruptive behavior is absolutely unacceptable.

 A series of nuisances at a conveyor belt sushi chain and a ramen restaurant. It is not only restaurants that have been affected. The Ibaraki Prefectural Library has also been subjected to outrageous harassment. Here are some shocking photos of the outrageous harassment the library has received.
