 It was late August, just after 8 pm, when the sweltering heat of the day finally abated. A woman in a bright blue one-piece dress emerged from a luxury tower apartment in Tokyo. It was Kyary Pamyu Pamyu. Kyary celebrated the 9th anniversary of her debut this summer (2008).
