The “Three Sisters” brand has fallen to the ground after the arrest of Jessica Michibata, who was an honor student.
On March 20, popular fashion model Jessica Michibata was arrested by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department on suspicion of possessing the synthetic drug MDMA. She was said to have possessed it at a hotel in Tokyo where she stayed with an acquaintance.
Jessica Michibata became a popular model at the age of 13 when she made her debut as a model. In addition to appearing in numerous fashion magazines, she made her Paris Collection debut in 2010 as a model for Yumi Katsura’s haute couture collection.
Her status was quickly raised by her relationship with Jenson Button, an F1 racer. Especially in Europe, F1 racers are the object of admiration, and it is no exaggeration to say that they are the ‘flower of the social world. In 2009, they appeared together on the cover of GQ JAPAN, and she became one of the celebrity world.
She married Button in ’14, but they divorced a year later. She then became active as a model, but had lost the momentum she had once had.
Jessica, her older sister Karen, and her younger sister Angelica, were the “three Michibata sisters” who attracted a lot of attention from the media. Jessica was the most conspicuous of the sisters, having been selected as a Paris Collection model and having a relationship with an F1 racer, and was well-known worldwide. In other words, as she became more successful, the sisters expanded their activities and rose in the entertainment industry.
(Sports newspaper reporter) There is no doubt that Jessica’s presence has enhanced the brand of the “three Michibata sisters. The arrest of the honor student who had been a “key person” of the three sisters has sent shockwaves through the family.
Speaking of the three Michibata sisters, the youngest sister, Angelica, was arrested by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department in October 2007 on charges of extortion for conspiring with her then husband to defraud a man she knew out of approximately 350,000 yen. She had just divorced her husband and announced her remarriage to another man this month.
The timing could not be worse for Angelica, who had hoped to use the announcement of her remarriage as a springboard for more active entertainment activities. It would not be an exaggeration to say that Jessica’s arrest has brought the “three sisters’ brand” down to earth.
In order to raise their daughters to be top models, their mothers have been trying to make their daughters look like top models since they were young.
Their mothers, in order to raise their daughters to be top models, have been strictly enforcing the following rules since childhood: “No sitting on the floor, no lying on the floor, no basketball, no tennis, no short-distance running, no short-cuts, no haircuts, no snacks,” and so on.
She is said to have been educated to be a gifted youngster, for example, by strictly adhering to the following rules.
Perhaps because of this, the “Three Michibata Sisters” have become popular models. However, perhaps they should have been taught to be law-abiding before that.
