Even if you don&#8217;t speak English, just adding &#8220;please&#8221; softens it up a lot, but I think there is a problem with airports that don&#8217;t make it part of their manuals. I later heard that the percentage of non-regular employees at the airport is very high, and among them, no training related to racial discrimination is provided at all.
