Ayano Iioka (42 years old) passed away on November 5, 2011, less than two hours after being vaccinated. As a former nurse, how does she feel about the complete discrepancy between the explanation given to her husband, Eiji, and that released by the Aichi Medical Association?

New suspicions have come to light regarding the death of a 42-year-old woman (Ayano Iioka) in Aisai City, Aichi Prefecture, on November 5, 2011, after her condition suddenly changed immediately after being inoculated with a new type of corona vaccine. FRIDAY Digital has learned that there are multiple discrepancies between the announcement made by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare on November 11, six days after her death, and the press conference held by the Aichi Medical Association on November 17, and the explanations given by the bereaved family on November 7, two days after her death, from the person in charge at Aisai City and the on-site doctor. The family members of Ms. Ayano have recently been informed of two different explanations for the death of Ayano.

Recently, FRIDAY Digital obtained audio data of the explanation that the bereaved family, including her husband Eiji Iioka, received from the Aisai City side two days after Ayano’s death, as well as a 22-page medical record containing the records leading up to her death. The families of the deceased are distrustful of the fact that the media is publishing information that is different from the explanations they received directly from the bereaved families.

“The doctor who provided the rescue had never administered an EpiPen,” said the families.

My wife died shortly after receiving the vaccine, but I myself still think the vaccination is necessary even after she passed away. My wife was originally a nurse, and I understand that the 8th Wave has arrived and medical professionals are doing their best. However, there are a number of things that are definitely at odds with what was explained to us and what the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and the Aichi Medical Association revealed at the press conference.

Eiji, the husband of Ayano’s father, revealed this to us. On the day of Ayano’s death, when I rushed to the hospital from work after receiving a call that she had been rushed to the emergency room, she was already dead. She was lying there half naked with a towel over her head, blood pouring from her eyes, nose, ears, and mouth, and her face was covered in blood. It has been three months since my wife, who was fine in the morning, passed away. Eiji, who still weeps when he recalls the event, opened his heavy mouth.

On November 5, 2022, Ayano Iioka passed away just one and a half hours after receiving the vaccine at a mass vaccination center in Aisai City, Aichi Prefecture. The cause of death was announced as acute heart failure.

Six days later, on November 11, the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare (MHLW) released a report (hereafter, “the Report”) on the Web. In addition, the Aichi Medical Association, which conducted an interview survey of doctors in the wake of Ayano’s death, held a press conference on November 17 to announce the results of the investigation (hereafter, “the press conference”).

At the press conference, the Aichi Medical Association stated that there was a high possibility that Ayano had suffered a severe “anaphylactic shock” due to a sudden change in her health condition after being vaccinated. He then pointed out that the doctors who took care of the situation at the venue “should have administered a muscular injection of adrenaline as soon as the nurses noticed the change in the woman’s condition. The cooperation of the medical staff was also problematic: “It was necessary to always suspect anaphylaxis and make sure that adrenaline could be administered promptly.

Two days after Ayano’s death, Eiji, who heard from the Aisai City officials and doctors, revealed, “The explanation I received from the doctors and the meeting I had with them were not correct.

Eiji, who spoke with Aisai City officials and doctors two days after Ayano’s death, stated, “I am not satisfied with the difference between the explanation I received from the doctors and the information at the press conference. When the patient’s condition suddenly changed, it was obvious that anaphylaxis was suspected and the situation should have been handled, but I believe that Dr. A, who was in charge of the rescue operation, did not take the necessary measures. In fact, after speaking directly with Dr. A, I learned that he had never administered an EpiPen before.

Furthermore, due to the tardiness of the vaccinating doctor on the day of the vaccination, it is highly likely that the vaccination was administered without checking the manual, which must be checked before the vaccination.

“At the mass vaccination site in Aisai City, it is customary for the doctors, nurses, and staff who will administer the vaccinations that day to assemble at least 30 minutes before the start of the vaccinations to share the manuals. I was not briefed on who was in charge, where the equipment was located, etc.,” he said. “In other words, it is possible that on the day of his wife’s death, the manuals that should have been worked out in advance by the doctors and nurses were not shared. If the pre-inoculation sharing had taken place as usual, and if she had been given an EpiPen or adrenaline shot immediately, my wife would not have died.”

◆Ayano’s medical record at the hospital where she died

The light blue line is the venue of inoculation; it was “corrected in error” after the 10th page, but the name of a different venue was written, different from the one where Ms. Ayano was inoculated. The red line is clearly different from what Dr. B, who inoculated Ms. Ayano, said.

Someone or something is trying to keep the truth in the dark.

There are other reasons for Mr. Eiji’s lip-quivering indignation.

Was the change before or after the inoculation?

According to the report on the Web and the medical records obtained by this magazine, Ayano was vaccinated at 2:18 p.m. on November 5, and her death was confirmed at 3:58 p.m. It is noteworthy that the report states that Ayano was inoculated at 2:25 p.m. on November 5, and that she died at 3:58 p.m. Noteworthy is the description in the report at around 14:25.

<As she began to cough, a nurse called out to her and walked her forward, but she sat down in the middle of the walk. The nurse assisted him with a wheelchair and transferred him to the first aid room. At that time, the nurse heard him complain that he had been feeling ill before the inoculation (abbreviated).

The medical record obtained from the patient’s medical records shows at the beginning: “witnessed CPA (cardiopulmonary arrest),” “stroke and CPA before vaccination,” followed by “respiratory distress from around 14:00 before vaccination,” “subsequent vaccination, worsening respiratory distress when the patient was observed, foamy blood sputum,” “ROSC (resumed heartbeat),” and other vivid descriptions of the process leading up to his death. ROSC (resumption of heartbeat), etc.

However, this is strange. If respiratory distress had occurred prior to vaccination, the doctor would not have vaccinated her. Dr. B, who directly interviewed Ms. Ayano prior to the vaccination and administered the vaccine, said, “I asked everyone if they were feeling okay today, as a final push, before giving the vaccine. Ms. Ayano said she was fine. No one was feeling sick that day,” she testified to her husband, Eiji, and other family members. If she was so sick that she had a stroke a few minutes later, how much more would they have noticed?

Ayano, a former nurse, routinely reminded her family members that they should not be vaccinated if they were not feeling well, and Eiji said, “There is no way that such a wife would hide the fact that she was not feeling well to receive the vaccination. Eiji has requested to meet with the nurse who told him that Ayano had been “unwell before the vaccination,” and has informed Aisai City, but the meeting has yet to take place.

Discrepancy (2): Did the hospital propose the autopsy or not?

The Aichi Medical Association explained at a press conference that “after confirming the death at the hospital to which the patient was transported, the medical record states that ‘the doctor confirmed with the bereaved family whether or not a pathological autopsy would be performed, but there was no response, and because the family was stunned, no further confirmation was made.

In fact, however, the word “pathological autopsy” does not appear in the 22-page medical record at all. There is no mention of confirming whether or not a pathological autopsy was performed. It is quite unnatural that they were able to respond to the Ai proposal, but were too stunned to respond to the pathological autopsy.

(3) Was the cause of death “anaphylaxis” or “acute heart failure due to fatal arrhythmia”?

The medical association’s press conference puts forward the view that “anaphylaxis was suspected,” and states that “(the doctor) should have injected the patient with a muscular injection of adrenaline without hesitation. However, “the cause of death was acute heart failure caused by a fatal arrhythmia.

While he stated at the press conference that “anaphylaxis was likely to have occurred,” there is no mention of any suspected anaphylaxis in the medical record. Is he trying to hide the fact that if he had mentioned it, it might have led to an admission of a medical error? One could be forgiven for suspecting this.

According to audio data obtained by FRIDAY Digital, Dr. A, who was in charge of Ms. Ayano’s rescue, apologized four times to the bereaved family, saying, “I am sorry. When the bereaved family asked what he was apologizing for, Dr. A did not reply. The adverse reactions to the vaccine are frightening, but the fact that someone is trying to keep the truth from the public is even more frightening.

January 27. The city of Aisai holds the second meeting of its medical accident investigation committee, consisting of outside experts, and at a press conference held after the meeting, it is announced that Ayano’s serum will be tested. After the first meeting on December 29, 2011, it was discovered that Ayano’s serum had been frozen and stored at the hospital where she was taken. The committee chairman said, “We would like to proceed with the examination while listening to the opinions of specialists who are familiar with allergies. There may be even a small possibility of contributing to the investigation of the cause of death. We hope that the investigation into the cause of death will make progress.

◆Report released by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare

The Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare (MHLW) published a report on the web on November 11, 2011. In the red frame, there is a statement that “a nurse heard her complain that she was not feeling well before the inoculation.

Eiji cannot stop crying as he recalls the day Ayano passed away. He is probably angry not only that Ms. Ayano will never come back, but also that the city of Aisai still refuses to provide him with the opportunity to meet the nurse who helped her into her wheelchair.
