 Mr. A had not been drinking alcohol at the Internet cafe. The next day, she called the police to report that a man she was with may have committed an indecent act on her.
 The suspect denied committing the crime, stating, &#8220;I lightly scratched his head with my consent, but he didn&#8217;t touch me. However, his spectacular career took a turn for the worse after his arrest, and as of January 19, he was assigned to the Secretarial Division of the Minister&#8217;s Secretariat.
