Satoshi Tsumabuki (42), who dyed his hair white on one side, was standing in a building street wearing a chester coat over his outfit. His cool expression was not only due to the cold weather.
In mid-December, he was on location in the office district of Toranomon (Minato Ward) for the drama series “Get Ready!”
Tsumabuki plays a genius surgeon on a team of black market doctors who save patients’ lives in exchange for an exorbitant fee. Many people on the Internet have said that the setting and the visual of the main character are like “Black Jack.” Incidentally, Tsumabuki starred in the drama ‘Give My Regards to Black Jack’ in 2003,” said a staff member at a production company.
Tsumabuki, who once played a pure young doctor, is now playing a dark heroic black market doctor 20 years later.
