 Such voices could be heard from inside a houseboat one day in early December. Yuriko Yoshitaka (34) and Takumi Kitamura (25) were toasting in a good mood with beer and sour mugs in their hands, instead of highballs &#8230;&#8230;.

 This is a scene from the filming of the drama &#8220;On a Starry Night&#8221; (TV Asahi), which will start in January.
 The film is an original work by veteran screenwriter Shizuka Oishi. It is a love story between an obstetrician/gynecologist, played by Yoshitaka, and a relics collector, played by Kitamura, who is 10 years younger than Yoshitaka. During the waiting time, Yoshitaka talked to Kitamura and showed a cute expression on her face with her lips pouting.

 In fact, Kitamura plays a young man with no hearing who uses sign language, and it has been pointed out that the setting is similar to the hit drama &#8220;silent. &#8230;&#8230;
 The project started a year ago at the latest, so it&#8217;s probably just a coincidence that the two dramas are so similar. I think there is pressure in terms of being compared, but I think we can bounce back from that. One of the reasons I can say that is the overwhelming power of expression that Ms. Yoshitaka possesses.&#8217; As she did in the drama &#8220;Saiai&#8221; broadcast in 2009, she has the skill to show both sides of her character in one role,&#8221; said media culture critic Hiroyoshi Usui.

 Yoshitaka will also star in NHK&#8217;s 2012 historical drama &#8220;Hikaru Kimi e&#8221;, also written by Oishi. His performance in this massive work is sure to sharpen his acting skills even further.
