 YOSHIKI (57) of &#8220;X JAPAN&#8221; performed as &#8220;THE LAST ROCK STARS,&#8221; the band he formed with HYDE of &#8220;L&#8217;Arc~en~Ciel,&#8221; at the Kohaku Uta Gassen on New Year&#8217;s Eve last year, and immediately after that, he appeared on his video channel with his members. He appeared with the band members on his video channel&#8217;s New Year&#8217;s Eve live streaming. YOSHIKI, in a good mood, perhaps helped by the energy of alcohol, suddenly started talking about Shizuka Kudo (52). Surprised by the mention of the name of his former partner, HYDE hurried to stop him, and no more was said, but social networking sites immediately responded.
 HYDE said, &#8220;I think it&#8217;s good that they have a good relationship even after their breakup.&#8221;
 However, YOSHIKI&#8217;s comment was still not good.
 The two were divided on whether they were in a good relationship or not. Their relationship became known to the public in April 1994, when the magazine &#8220;FRIDAY&#8221; reported the following article: &#8220;YOSHIKI arrested! Shizuka and YOSHIKI were living together in Los Angeles&#8221; in April 1994.

<h3> The Incident Happened on a Late-Night Drive</h3>

 The incident occurred in Los Angeles, U.S.A., a little after 1:00 a.m. local time on March 10, 1994. A Ferrari was driving on Sunset Boulevard, which runs east-west through the center of Los Angeles, in the direction of Beverly Hills. The Ferrari kept honking its horn to stir up traffic in front of it. A police car passed the Ferrari and made a U-turn to pursue it. YOSHIKI was in the driver&#8217;s seat of the stopped Ferrari, and Kudo was in the passenger seat; YOSHIKI took an alcohol test on the spot, was deemed unable to drive due to intoxication, and was arrested on the spot. YOSHIKI was later released on $500 bail, but was fined and required to take a course.
 On that day, the two had previously held a party at a Japanese restaurant with about 10 staff members. At the time, a source told this magazine
 YOSHIKI and Shizuka were especially excited. YOSHIKI and Shizuka, in particular, were so drunk that the manager of the restaurant warned them to refrain from getting too close to each other. The manager even made the waiter go to the supermarket outside to buy Dom Perignon because the store didn&#8217;t have it, so to speak.
 Immediately after that, the two left the restaurant first, got into a Ferrari, and caused the incident in question.
 Shizuka returned to Japan on the evening of March 19, nine days after the incident. It was her first return to Japan in two months after her &#8220;recharging period in Los Angeles&#8221; that began in January of that year.
 After all, this arrest incident revealed that Kudo&#8217;s &#8220;recharging period&#8221; was for the purpose of living together with YOSHIKI in Los Angeles, and after returning to Japan, YOSHIKI declared that he and Kudo were in a relationship. However, two years later in 1996, YOSHIKI and a beautiful blonde woman were reported to be having an affair, and Shizuka declared a breakup, saying, &#8220;We don&#8217;t see each other anymore. <h3> YOSHIKI reflects on his &#8220;drinking trouble&#8221; over the past 30 years.</h3>
 According to &#8220;Shukan Bunshun,&#8221; a weekly magazine that interviewed YOSHIKI, YOSHIKI explained the reason for his opening statement by saying that he received a text message from Shizuka saying, &#8220;Good luck&#8221; to him after the death of his mother last year.
 He added, &#8220;Simply, I wanted to say thank you. I should have taken into consideration the fact that it was being broadcast. I&#8217;m really sorry.
