Yu-chami’s Reaction After Dating News with K-1 Fighter

The number of TV appearances tripled from 81 to 230 in the previous year. Yu-chami (21) described the year 2022 as a year in which she made a giant leap forward, as her year of growth.

I’ve been wanting to be on TV for a long time.　I always wanted to be on TV, but I couldn’t believe I was being invited to a prime-time show. I got excited when I saw myself on TV at a hot stone spa I often go to (laughs). My schedule was so full that I was so busy. I simpy thought it’s amazing what entertainers can do.

She had no time to return to her hometown of Osaka and was feeling lonely, but she was supported by K-1 fighter Masashi Kumura (23), who had been scooped by FRIDAY for his love affair.

I didn’t want to hide it, so I was like, ‘Thank you for filming it. My parents bought five copies of Friday that carried the article, and I think my family bought about ten. They were so happy. Marriage?　I’m only 21 years old, so my first priority is work. I hope to have fun in my private life as well.”

She said that her main goal for 2023 is to become an MC.

I would like to learn to be an MC. I would also like to go on location overseas. I have never left Japan. I also don’t want to miss modeling work. I want to go to the Paris Collection and show off my gal image!

“There are so many things I want to try,” says Yu-chami, who can’t stop talking. The year 2023 is sure to be another year of success.
