The new broadcast of “Kishibe Rohan ha Mukotsuka”, a drama series co-starring “madly in love” Issei Takahashi and Marie Iide, is raising the voltage.

The third season of the much-talked-about drama “Kishibe Rohan ha Mote ga Nai” (NHK) starring Issei Takahashi (42) will be broadcast on the 26th and 27th. The drama is a spin-off of the popular comic “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.” The main character, Rohan Kishibe, played by Takahashi, is a psychic manga artist with an eccentric personality and eccentric hair style. Marie Iide (24) plays Kyoka Izumi, the capricious female editor who is pushed around by Rohan Takahashi.

The real appeal of this drama is the interaction between these two completely different characters,” said Iide. How will the two actresses, who are reportedly in a “passionate relationship” in their private lives, play their roles? If you watch the drama from that perspective, you may discover something new.

The two first met during the filming of this drama. Takahashi, a stoic actor, started the scene one month in advance, learning his lines and movements. Iide was attracted to Takahashi’s dependable advice as a senior actor, and as filming progressed, the two became close friends.

During the filming of the second drama series in the fall of 2009, Mariye was feeling down due to a stomachache, and for some reason Issei asked her, “Would you like to dance with me? She happily replied, ‘Yes. She happily said yes, and the two of them danced to the Oklahoma Mixer. The staff was taken aback by her outlandish behavior, just like Rohan (laughs). Later, when the drama was cranked up, Marie moved into Issei’s apartment,” said a source involved in the program.

In early July of 2010, this magazine caught the two returning home to the same apartment from separate scenes. Both are known to be indoor people, and although they are extremely busy and never go out together, they spend time in Takahashi’s room while renting separate rooms.

On December 19, Iide gave an interview to “MANTAN WEB” on the occasion of the broadcast of the third season of “Kishibe Rohan” as follows

It was a very luxurious time for me to be able to act with (Takahashi) Issei for a long period of three years. He is an actor whom I respect very much, and it is a rare experience to play a role for a long time and to be able to talk with him through the role.
