 Just after noon on a sunny day in late October, I witnessed the filming of a drama in a building district in Shinbashi (Minato Ward). Surrounded by extras, a stocky young man in a suit was Terushi (Akito) Kiriyama (33) of Johnny&#8217;s WEST.
 He is standing on the main street, looking around with a dignified expression on his face. When the camera begins to roll, he flashes a toothy grin and dashes down the avenue, pulling the arm of his co-star actor. After the cut, they returned to their original positions, laughing at each other.

 Kiriyama has been appearing in dramas since he was a junior actor, and his acting ability is second to none. In addition, he has been very active in variety shows and is now known as the &#8220;poster child for variety. He has a chubby, not-so-Johnny&#8217;s-like physique, and his gourmet food reports on his TV shows are always delicious. In the drama &#8220;Gekikaradou&#8221; (TV Tokyo), which was broadcast in 2009 and in which she played the lead role, she also showed a great appetite,&#8221; said a TV station official.

 In late October, we spotted "Johnny's WEST" Terushi Kiriyama, dressed in a suit and filming a drama. As soon as the cameras started rolling, he grabbed his partner's arm and dashed off! The running scene was filmed several times, but he didn't look tired and had a smile on his face!
