Kou Shibasaki’s “Daring One-Piece” Attractive at the Latest “Galileo” Event

On August 31, the premiere event of the movie “Silence on Parade” was held at Roppongi Hills in Minato Ward. Kou Shibasaki (41) was in a flowery one-piece dress that revealed her décolleté, and fans were full of praise for her.

The film is the third in the “Galileo” series starring Masaharu Fukuyama (53). This is Shibasaki’s first appearance in the series in nine years. She said, “I was still nervous” about working with Fukuyama for the first time in a while. Shibasaki, who had temporarily put her acting career on hold, said she had a reason for returning.

In ’16, Shibasaki launched her own company that handles apparel and entertainment business. However, the company incurred a total loss of more than 400 million yen over the past five years, and she had no choice but to work herself to make up the loss.

In the past, she did not appear in the second “Galileo” movie, prioritizing her musical activities. I am sure that she is forced to do more work. However, there are plenty of people who want her to be in the film, so she is not selling herself short.

Including this film, “Holic xHOLiC” and “Dr. Coto Clinic” will be released this year. In August, she will celebrate the 20th anniversary of her music career with a live concert.

Perhaps it is because Shibasaki is confident in her ability and popularity as an actress that she is able to take on bold and daring management and challenges.
