<p> There are also other customs that would be unthinkable in male prisons.</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> One unique custom is &#8220;celebratory rice. This refers to eating the entire meal, even if you are on a diet, on occasions such as a fellow inmate&#8217;s birthday. On the other hand, there is also &#8220;curse rice. This is to not eat at all on the happy day of a person you dislike, as if it were a favor. The pain of skipping meals is something that all inmates experience at least once. It takes a lot of determination to go through such a painful experience and make them feel bad about it.</span></p>
<p> The women&#8217;s prison is said to have various other rules related to food. As they spend their days confronting their sins, they have developed their own customs.</p>
